If we are to deliver the best outcomes for Victoria we need to understand and respond to our changing environment and to respond effectively we need to think differently about how we can affect change. We have introduced a client service model so we can develop better services, deliver to more clients and achieve greater resource efficiency gains for the Victorian community and economy. Over the next 12 months we will continue to transform our business systems and processes. We will also focus on developing our people and building a better workplace culture.
