Port Phillip Bay beach litter surveys 2005-06 Summary report

EPA Victoria again commissioned Keep Australia Beautiful Victoria (KABV) to investigate litter on twelve Port Phillip Bay beaches during the summer of 2005–06. The surveys found a marginal decline in the appearance of the beaches compared to the previous year. However the overall number of litter items, mainly cigarette butts and small plastic items, showed a small decline.
